Return and Refund Policy

Customers are allowed to inspect and try the product in the presence of the delivery representative before completing the purchase.

If the customer decides to accept the order, full payment must be made to the delivery representative at that time.

If the customer chooses to return the product at the time of delivery, only the shipping fee will be charged. This fee must be paid via InstaPay or any available electronic payment method.

In cases where a return or exchange request is made after the delivery representative has left, additional shipping fees will apply for the new shipment.

 

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

يُسمح للعميل بمعاينة الشحنة وتجربة المنتج أمام مندوب التوصيل قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

في حال قبول الطلب، يتم سداد قيمة المنتج بالكامل لمندوب التوصيل في نفس الوقت.

في حال رفض الطلب عند الاستلام، يتم دفع قيمة الشحن فقط، وذلك من خلال تحويل عبر إنستا باي أو أي وسيلة دفع إلكترونية متاحة.

أما في حالة طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل، يتم احتساب رسوم شحن جديدة على الشحنة البديلة.
